It has been a lonely last two weeks without me, hasn't it? Just Kidding, I seem to have grown to become a little more narcissistic =P
The mission trip was a wonderful experience and while I admit that reaching out to unreached people groups is not everyone's calling, I think everyone should at least explore it, try it out once in their lifetime. Priceless, entirely priceless.
SO! Updates:
- Cell Group as usual on Friday at 8 p.m. at the Youth Room. The topic for this week is FIRE!
- The West District Churches, SFA included, will be holding an Exam Rally at Blessed Sacrament Church on the 30th of August at 3 p.m. for all those who are bogged down by exams. There will be Games, Praise&Worship, Testimony sharing, and closes with a Sunset Mass. If you're interested in coming, register with Joachim @ 92394826. If there are enough people, we can hire a bus to bring us all there.
- There will be a blood donation drive on the 14th of September, Sunday. We are in need of blood, er I mean, donors, and volunteers to help out with the admin and logistics. Do email back if you are interested in helping us!
- The Youth Room is open for quiet time and study. The computers are available for your use as well, although we regret to say that there is still no internet as of yet. The times we are open are 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Weekdays and 10.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. on Sundays. =)
