Our BLYM Weekly Updates

Hey fellas,

It's gonna be a busy busy month for us here at BLYM and we request that you pray for us all! Next Saturday, 29 June, the Sec 3s will be having their West District Youth Rally at St Ignatius Church where they will meet their counterparts from the other West parishes. The week after will see us at the Sec 2 camp in which we will be co-facilitating. So pray for these kids and our team who are ministering to them!

1) Our SFAdotComm parish newsletter is coming up at end of this month, August! Keep a look out!

2) Tuition class - Going on as usual on Sunday afternoons for primary and secondary school curriculum. If you are interested to teach or to learn, please call Joachim @ 92394826.

3) Intercessory - Every fortnight, a group of youths and young adults come together to pray for the petitions of the ministry, the parish and the young people. If you do have any intercessions, please send them to this email and we will pray for you.

4) West District Exam Rally - 12 Sept. St Francis of Assisi. 1.30pm - 3.30pm followed by Mass for exam blessings.

5) Weekend Away with His Vineyard - A faith community based in Blessed Sacrament Church that caters to the spiritual needs of young adults between the ages of 21 to 39, focusing on strengthening our relationship with Jesus within our Christian community and our parish. By building a sense of community, we hope to bring Jesus into our lives despite our hectic lifestyles.
They will be having their next Weekend Experience from the evening of Friday 11 Sept to Sunday 13 Sept. This will be a stay-out Weekend. For further information and the application form, please collect a brochure from members of "His Vineyard" outside the church this weekend.

Peace,
Joachim
